Moral Meat

The founding philosophy of Moral Meat is the humane treatment of the animals we eat at every stage of the process.

We believe that the decision to eat meat is one that brings responsibility with it and, for us, that means ensuring that the animals we use to sustain us are allowed to live healthy, animal lives and that, when the time comes, they are killed with sensitivity and respect. 

We seek to undo the expression, to be ”treated like an animal”.  Animals are living creatures and deserve appropriate treatment, even (or perhaps especially) when they are being used for food.

If you’re here, you have your own reasons for wanting to be and we welcome you.  Sometimes the “why” is not so important as the “what”.

We look forward to providing you with meat we can all feel good about eating.
